Maybe but everyone deserves to be treated fairly by the Justice system ,free speech etc etc
Freedom of speech is not a freedom from all the consequences of your speech. It's not being blocked by government from speaking. Mr Robinson libelled other person, got sued and lost, then decided he is above the law. That's not executing freedom of speech, that's breaking the law.

Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, has not removed the video despite numerous replies debunking it and calling for him to delete it.

Well, obviously. This might not be a grooming situation but Stephen and his ilk won’t care - white kids being cared for by black men is anathema to the far right. Creating a hostile environment for people of colour in the UK is their goal, and slowly but surely they’re succeeding, sadly.

On Wednesday, the force said that the Crown Prosecution Service had concluded there was not enough evidence to bring charges. The alleged victim did not want to provide a statement to the investigation, BTP said.

[…]

The force added that following a review of the available evidence, the CPS had concluded that there was "not a realistic prospect of conviction and therefore there would be no criminal charges in this case".
