I don't think someone who could harm so many children for so long in such sick ways could ever really change.

I hope he's watched very closely by LE somehow after he gets out. He'll try to start doing this disgusting stuff again for sure, IMO.

Life with a minimum tariff of 20 years. Been on remand for 5 so will be eligible to apply for parole in 15 years.
