However, no further news in Estonian media, either.

Could be this missing lady, I'm just not sure if the remains were found before she went missing though.

The lady known only as Jennifer went missing and was found on the same day according to an update on the FB Herts police site.

Strangely there seems to be no update on the suspected human remains being found so we cannot rule out Viktor.

The lady known only as Jennifer went missing on the same day the human remains were found but it cannot be her as she went missing at 4pm and the remains were found earlier. Also if remains then that would mean someone who has been in the river for a while or foul play involved.

This is the last update I can find saying the bones are being tested.

I am thinking that he has been located, likely the body that was found last November.
