Unedited Police Interrogation Videos of Jodi

And another one bites the dust. Good catch.
:snowball:

It still had the hair follicle on it, I believe. That is why Flores said the hair was hers because of the DNA, plus it was brown coated in Travis blood.

How was she going to edit them on her computer when she had smashed her computer to the point that her hard drive was not usable to LE? She's a poor actress.

SHE DID? oh my god there's so much I don't know about this case!!

Have yet to watch all the tapes but thx to various comments posted on this thread, I've found many noteworthy time stamps to view. :)

I'm still left wondering "when/how" JA ACTUALLY confessed to killing Travis. I read somewhere it was Spring of 2010, that it WAS NOT taped but documented in some form.

sorry if I'm....

She doesn't have narcolepsy. People with narcolepsy have uncontrollable episodes of falling asleep during the daytime. JA would have sleep attacks in court if this were true. Perhaps JA has trained herself to fall asleep anywhere because her life has been a chaotic disaster and it was necessary to grab sleep whenever she could.

Insert eye roll before & after "narcolepsy"--I don't mean that she has it--she said that to describe how easily she can sleep in weird places like her car (and under Travis' Christmas tree!) :floorlaugh:

Video 5 @ 3:00 - Flores says I know if Travis never met you he'd still be alive. And Jodi responds, "That's true." What possible reason could she say that other than being responsible for his death?

I know she goes on to say something about the butterfly effect but that makes absolutely no sense.

Is there any way to find out if Jodi gets benzos (like Xanax) while she's in the courtroom?

She takes something. I'm wondering if its Valium--it's a muscle relaxant and could be used to prevent muscle tension-induced migraine. She looks medicated a lot of the time.:moo:

SO TRUE! Even if she was coming up with the Ninjas at this point, how in the world could that be tied to her? If 2 strangers killed Travis, why would not meeting Jodi make a difference.

Great catch--even though I've heard it 100 times, I never thought it through.

Liebchenmutti, do you know which video shows her secreting the papers? I am up to 7, but have only been listening to most, trying to multitask. :what:

It's at the end of video 16 or the beginning of video 17; there is some duplication or overlap between the two.

My take is that these were blank pieces of paper that she secreted away, maybe because she did not have anything in her cell? If you watch, she is not taking the top sheet from the pad; instead she flips through and carefully tears two sheets one by one from the pad.

When she was first given the pad (in video 16, 15:30) it looks like she is either drawing or doodling on the paper. Her pen or pencil does not move across the page and her hand stays in pretty much the same place. Later, in video 17 (mid way?), it looks like she is starting to write, but not much.

No, I was thinking of the item I had linked to. Sorry, but I found myself laughing at the "Valsalva maneuver" -- it sounds like a wrestling move, like the Sleeper. Poor granny Valsalva. I'd hate to have a maneuver like that named after me.

BTW, thanks for clearing up the narcolepsy thing. I was going to chime in on the same point, but you got there first.

LOL. I use this maneuver at work all the time on the airplane. So do divers. When you are changing altitude rapidly, you hold your nose and blow to release the built up pressure in your ears.

I thought the procedure was only related to the UPPER half though. I will never think of it the same way again.....

Then Flores says he would still be alive because you killed him Jodi. ..as opposed to her butterfly effect BS. I loved that part. :great:

Someone just posted on the FB page that JA leaping onto the story about the two ninjas got her to admit that she was in the house - something she hadn't done before. I hadn't thought about that! Good thing I'm not a criminal.

Video #11, mark, just after talking about her father already having had a long life (what a horrible statement to make), she immediately goes into the sad mode, probably trying to play the part Det. Flores had said she wasn't playing the day before:

JA: I'm so sorry for Travis' family.

DF: Well, they're asking for answers. What can you give them? What do you want me to tell them? I'll tell them anything tha tyou want me to. And it's not gonna solve anything for them, it's not gonna fill that void, curiousity but, at least it'll be a start. What is it you want to say? I'll call her as soon as I'm done talking to you.

JA: Um, one thing you could say, and this has nothing to do with his death, but it's something they might wanna see. Um, 2 nights ago, it took me 5.5 hours, I posted a 45 minute video on youtube of him doing a training seminar. ...If you type in Travis Alexander dash hyphen dash systems training ...

I went to youtube but didn't see any such video. Anybody know what happened to it?

I think it's the one where Travis is doing the chicken dance. I believe it is listed in the main thread.

Video#6 @ 25:50 Jodi pulling out the stops to get her camera back.
Hmmm ....I watched this several times because something seemed so off about Jodi's actions. Weeping about newlywed's pix & her sister & brother all concerned for others & then after a few minutes she turns it off like a toggle switch. Cold again. Oblivious to the pain of others...wait I see it!!! It was fake! conning, lying,.....oh & she is so good!! Scary.

My two cents: Jodi tried 3 times (unsuccessfully) to manipulate Detective Blaney into giving her access to her personal camera & external hard drive...( in order to, imho, wipe out possible residual evidence of her guilt)

Ok, backing up, in a previous video (5) Jodi was shown the nasty pictures from TA's camera. She now knows photos can be restored even if deleted or put through a washing machine cycle and is thinking she darn well better find some way to get a look at her own camera & hard drive before LE gets it.

VIDEO#6 beginning @ 25:50, big red flag when Jodi says "...my concern is other people..." (Yeah...and I don't use Q-Tips to clean my ears!)

First try, she sobs to the detective, explaining she takes pride in her photography work & now newlyweds Bryan & Katy, who really deserve to have the wedding photos she shot last week won't have anything... "Now, I won't get a chance to edit them, "etc. Sobbing, "that's the only thing they have to remember the day." Hint. Hint. Gimme my camera.

She didn't give a flying flapjack about the newlyweds' pics...concern for others is all out of character from what I've seen of Jodi Arias. She wanted her camera long enough to remove its card.

Gee, the detective doesn't get the hint. She says the couple will get their pix, but not for some time. Jodie goes to plan B.

She gets all (fake) concerned for her sister, who is away from home, & her mom....jodi's external drive has really awesome photos of the two sisters & gee it would mean so much if they could be accessed so her mom (she's good to her mom dontcha know) could send them to the sister. Hint. ....ploy, trick, ruse; Jodi wanted to get her hands on that external drive.

Third & finally, Jodi tells of the great photo shoot she had with her little brother last week. And now her poor sister, Angela, won't get to see any of these "family treasures." It's only for "them." Hint. Hint.

Detective Blaney doesn't buy it. Like magic, Jodi reverts to her stoney face (except to ask about her journals) as Blaney once again tries to elicit sympathy for TA's family.
Yes, this is a scary lady.

I'm very very curious as to what was on her hard-drive. I read somewhere that she managed to get those records from her hard-drive sealed. So they can't be used as evidence against her. Man I'm curious.:banghead:

What do you mean it doesn't make sense?!

It's like the guy who's pumping gas at the station; such an inconsequential action --- yet it is that action that starts a series of chain of events.

Really Minor, what part of that don't you get? That's why Jodi "hesitates" when Det. Flores asks if she had anything to do with Travis' death. Because Butterfly Effect.

Well, she said it's a video with a 6 minute introduction from a friend of Travis', and then 30 minutes of Travis giving a speech, talking about his grandfather.

I went to the site listed by lil_buddy(THANKS!) but there's only one little video there.

When they seal something it is sealed from the public. Juan can still bring it up in court, he just has to make a motion to do so.
I think we'll be hearing a LOT about JA's computer during rebuttal.

So when she finally gets to the point of admitting to the ninjas, she goes through that big thing with Flores about how her ring finger was cut trying to get away, and she points out to where it was sliced.

So how come this isn't admissable in response to her statement that the finger was broken by TA and the whole pedophile thing?

I'm going to go ask our attorney. Well, see if they've already answered it and if not, ask.

interesting,
fran
