[Unsolved Murder New Orleans Pregnant Woman](Days before due date, couple gunned down in east New Orleans)

This case haunts me to this day and its been nearly 3 years with no answers. At the time of the murders I was living in Atlanta, GA and 5 months pregnant myself. A short while away in New Orleans, a young pregnant woman named Breon Stewart, her boyfriend Lionel Delpit III, and unborn baby Lionel Delpit, IV were murdered when someone shot them to death shortly after arriving to their East New Orleans apartment. Sleuths please help! I have a few questions that haunt me to this day:
1. What motive would someone have to murder a woman 1 week away from giving birth to her new born baby?
2. She recently had a baby shower appx. 2 weeks prior to her murder, could someone who was jealous of her had set her up to be murdered?
3. How did the killer know what time her and her boyfriend would arrive home just in time for them to ambush and murder them? Could it be a frenemy (friend who is secretly and enemy)?
4. Could the killer have been aiming to kill the boyfriend (Lionel) and Breon was “collateral damage”?
Please research and help me unwrap this case!
Edit: The purpose of this post is to bring awareness to this unsolved crime and perhaps get people talking again. The end goal of course bringing the killers to justice and seeking justice for the family.
