**I do not believe there is a thread for this, like there is for the unidentified victims of John Wayne Gacy. Even though these victims are based solely on Samuel Little's word and artworks, I think it is worth it to have a thread to compile them all. It does not appear that Little lied a lot in confessions and the majority of his claims were found to be credible.**
The Unidentified Victims of Samuel Little - (1970s - 2005)
According to the Unidentified Wiki, there are 10 confessions that do not currently have a match to a missing person or Doe case (publicly, anyway). Some are more detailed than others. The majority of his victims were African American women in vulnerable situations, such as prostitution/sex work and drugs. Most of his victims were strangled. He had confirmed victims in Florida, Nevada, California, Texas, Ohio, and Arkansas. He has suspected and "all but confirmed" victims in Tennessee, South Carolina, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, Maryland, and Kentucky.

The Unidentified Victims of Samuel Little - (1970s - 2005)
Samuel Little was an American serial killer who confessed to 93 murders. The FBI have confirmed 60 of these confessions, making him the most prolific serial killer in American history (by confirmed murders), surpassing Gary Ridgeway, the "Green River Killer." His reign of terror occurred between 1970 and 2005, but some have suggested it may span from the 1960s through his arrest in September 2012. Little was very "talkative" about his victims and even drew detailed pictures of them, which have aided law enforcement in identifying the victims. Little was convicted of 8 murders, was sentenced to four life terms without parole, and died in prison on December 30, 2020 at age 80. His C.O.D. was not disclosed. It is commonly believed he could be responsible for more than 93 murders.
Knox County Jane Doe (1974)
Killed in Knoxville, Tennessee around Dec. 1974 or Jan. 1975. Little described her as being age 20s-30s, 5'5"-5'6" in height, and "chubby" with "golden-colored skin." Little strangled and rolled her into a gully, in an area described as overgrown and littered with discarded furniture. She was African American and had "short, non-afro style" hair.
Killed between 1972-1973 or 1977-1982 in Charleston, South Carolina. Little picked her up near a military base and strangled her in an area with an old landing pad and next to "an abandoned hospital" (or what Little thought was one). He left her body in this area. He said she was about 28, between 5'5"-5'6," and described by Little as having a "bubble butt." She was African American. The drawn picture of her indicates short, curly hair.
Killed in 1984 or between 1990 and 1991 in Fort Meyers, Florida "in the summer." Little claimed to have known this woman for two years prior to her murder and that he and a friend had sold clothes at her family's home. He picked her up outside a liquor store and took her to "an island" in the road, possibly near I-75, strangled her, and left her body there. He claims to have also set her pubic hair on fire. The African American woman was 5'6-5'7" and in her late 20s.
Killed in Phoenix, Arizona in 1988 or 1996. She was in her 40s and described as Hispanic. The drawing indicates she had short, light brown or blonde colored hair.
Killed in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1993. Little described her as "looking like an old housewife" and also met her son, who was with her when he picked her up near Owens Avenue or Jackson Street. Her son appeared to be in his early 20s. She was African American, around age 40, and 5'5" in height. She was thin and wore a long, light brown wig. He drove her to the outskirts of Las Vegas on Highway 95, strangled her, and rolled her down a slope off the side of a remote road. He discarded her clothes elsewhere.
Killed in Los Angeles, California in 1996. Named "Sheila" per Little, she was African American, in her early to mid 20s, and around 5'6". Her weight estimate coupled with height indicates she had a lean build. Her drawing indicates she had long, brown curly hair. Little met her at a burger stand, accompanied by another woman that was her girlfriend, and gave both of them a ride. He returned the next afternoon, picked her up, strangled her, and dumped her body in a vacant lot near a convenience store. She had been wearing a black dress. Little described Sheila as being "a blood" and also stated he believed her body was discovered the next day since she was next to a busy store.
Killed in Little Rock, Arkansas between 1992 - 1994. Little claims to have spent some time with "Ruth" during a time when it was cold and snowy. The pair shoplifted together until he was arrested; when he was released shortly after, he found Ruth sleeping in his car, and they spent that night at her home. He drove her to Benton OR Bentonville the next day before strangling her outside of Little Rock. She was supposedly dumped near a cornfield in North Little Rock. Ruth was an African American woman in her mid 20s, 5'5"-5'7" in height, and overweight.
Killed in Miami, Florida in 1971 or 1972. Little met Marianne, a transwoman, at a bar called "The Pool" or "The Pool Palace" near 17th avenue. Little met them again at a bar in Overtown, and gave them a ride to their home in Liberty City. Leaving Marianne's residence (shared with roommates), Little claims to have killed them near a sugarcane field off a road. Little left Marianne's body somewhere in the Everglades, possibly near Alligator Alley. Marianne was 5'6"-5'7", around 140lbs, late-teens in age, and African American. Marianne referenced having a significant other named "Wes." Little's artwork depicts Marianne as having a blue and white headband with "up" styled hair.
Killed in Miami, Florida in 1971. She was African American and in her early 20s. Her drawing indicates she had brown hair styled on top of her head.
Killed in Savannah, Georgia in 1974. She was strangled on Montgomery Street, and Little left her naked body in a grassy field nearby. Little "circled the area" when other people arrived. Little remembers Kat lived with another female who used snuff (smokeless tobacco). Little was apparently not sure if he actually killed her, or if he simply left her unconscious. Kat was African American, in her early 20s, about 5'2", and around 130lbs.
