Provo Police are asking for assistance in locating a missing adult female, Alexis Russell, W/F, 21 yrs. old, approx. 5'7", weighing approx. 200 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes. She was last seen in Provo on April 9, 2019. Her family is concerned for her welfare.
She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, carrying a black backpack. If you see Alexis or know her current whereabouts please contact Provo Police at (801) 852-6210 and reference case number, 19PR08124.

The background in the pictures is odd to me. Very strange door/refrigerator set up and what looks like a community bulletin board on the wall. The walls in her bedroom are also the same shade of green as all rooms. Is she in a group home of some sort? Perhaps diminished mental capacity?
