According to authorities, officers responded to the area near 1800 S and Bountiful Boulevard, on Mueller Park Road on Friday around 8 a.m. following reports of an unconscious individual.

They noted that she was found in a "face down position" and had no apparent reason to be in the area, which was considered remote or a hillside.
