My biggest problem with this match is that Beaver Co. PD has run train jane's fingerprints in AFIS for east/west states. If AK had run-ins with the law as often as I think she did, they probably have her fingerprints in the AFIS database, which, yielded no matches BUT you never know! Could have been over-looked!!!

I have been thinking Amanda King too...Look at the bridge of the nose on both photos posted , they both have the same mark ..also the eye brows and something about the eyes..anyways, I think you have found a pretty close match..JMO

I like AK as well. Except it looks like her natural hair color is dark and dyed blonde.

Do you know which are the east/west states? Are there also NE and NW states? Other categories?

Oops, I found the Amanda King thread before this one - I called in Amanda King this morning as well, didn't realise anyone else had. I wanted to call it in before I forgot about it. I would be surprised if it's not her.

Great. We discussed both Amanda King and Samantha Gonzales at the beginning of this thread. If our Jane was reported missing, I think they are both good potential matches. The thing with Amanda that gives me pause is, as Astridxx said, the fingerprints. But who knows? Can't hurt to check.

1- A full autopsy was performed by the Utah Medical Examiner.
2- No evidence of chemical burns.
3- No evidence of sexual assault.
4- Train arrived in Milford at 0230 hours.

Our Doe's teeth are really interesting. There's the chip, the decay, and what looks like some crookedness--all of which could have occurred over time from drug use or a lack of hygiene. But then there's the lower baby tooth. That should be easy for LE to match to missing women's dental records, I'd think.

Since they did an autopsy and don't mention any signs of previous pregnancy, is it safe to assume that she did not bear children? That could help us rule out some of our possible matches.

King's prints are "available elsewhere" (not in NAMUS) -- I ALSO emailed the sgt working the case to make sure he received word of a possible match.

I came across (can PM someone, but won't link) a photo of Amanda King when she's young (maybe 11-13?), and in that she has perfectly straight teeth, no crookedness at all. I don't know the drug impact on teeth, but that really possibly changes my mind. ESPECIALLY what looks like the baby tooth, that can't suddenly just pop up. However, in the smiling photo her lower teeth are slightly covered so, who knows? Also sometimes people get weird teeth later, who knows.

ETA: Have just had an email back from Sgt. Woolsey in Beaver County. They now have Amanda's fingerprints, which are being send to the Utah BCI for comparison with the Jane Doe's. He said that either way, the results will be posted on NamUs.

Ugh I had mine from 5th grade to 9th grade if I remember correctly.

How about Kayla Den Boer from Reno, NV.?

This could be a total long shot but the height and weight aren't off by much and it looks like as of mid-2013 she was still missing. The hairline matches but the hair color doesn't... and the eyebrows obviously are darker on Kayla, but, eyebrows can be colored.

Nevermind. She appears to have a large tattoo on her ribcage.


Also, maybe she was trying to get home from Vegas, and that's why she hopped the train? It would be helpful to know where the train was headed after it stopped in Milford. I'm trying to follow the tracks on google maps and it looks like the only direction the tracks run is north/south.

They go to Salt Lake City but from there you can go east, west, north, southeast.
