Cedrick “Ced” Palmer, 37, was reported missing on Tuesday, April 22, and last seen near 1500 South Clayton Street around 8 a.m. on April 20. He was last seen wearing a bright red or orange shirt, and a tan and black jacket.
“Ced is autistic and lives with a reduced mental capacity,” police said on social media. “He is also living with schizophrenia.”
