Woman with schizophrenia missing in SLC

SALT LAKE CITY — Police continued searching Monday for a woman with schizophrenia who went missing in Salt Lake City Wednesday.

Ellen Barlow, 58, was last seen near 1700 S. Main Street. Barlow is schizophrenic, according to her daughter Effie Cox. Police described her in a tweet as "missing and endangered."

Barlow was last seen Wednesday by a neighbor who saw her leave her home around 9 a.m. and by members of a disabled support group called Alliance House who last saw her leave on a bus around 3 p.m. near 1700 S. Main Street.
