The Layton Police Department has stopped searching for a missing 4-year-old boy in his apartment complex and shifted to an undisclosed location.
Ethan Stacy, described as 4-foot-4, about 50 pounds and with blond hair, went missing from his apartment complex home around 11 p.m. Monday. My gut tells me mom and step dad fessed up but LE hasn't recovered little Ethan yet.... my heart wants to scream please tell me mom made the whole thing up and Ethan was never missing..... but I know that is not true......

My gut also tells me this boy was probably missing much earlier than was reported.

I really hope you are wrong - but I feel the same way.

It's about 45 minutes from the apartment complex in Layton. It's not exactly close..it's in Eden which is pretty deserted. It's near Weber Canyon.

I didn't hear anythng about Powder Mountain being searched, but I did hear that they were setting up a command center near Pineview Reservoir which is about 35 minutes from the apartment complex, in the same direction as Eden (and the ski resort).

Layton Hills mall is directly across the street, they had their mobile command center posted in the mall parking lot. They are no longer there. And the news is gone from our complex too. Not a good sign.
