so this radiologist reviewed the records of the MDs and other neurologists but himself is just a radiologist and he is offering testimony as an expert? I am so confused. Why not have an actual neurologist give expert opinion? Or could the Plaintiff not find one willing to testify on his behalf?

I think cross will hit this hard....could be short but sweet for GP

I was not aware until just now that Sanderson is a retired medical professional himself (Optometrist) not that it is either here nor there, just interesting.

The doctors are expected to discuss Sanderson’s alleged post-crash trauma and medical woes. My issue with the TBI thus far is that testimony regarding the loss of consciousness appears to only come from the Plaintiff's own anecdotal information as relayed to treaters. Has anyone aside from the Plaintiff reported witnessing him in a state of unconsciousness?

oh my. Not sure how or why we are bringing up Sanderson's relationships with his ex wife and children.

I mean I guess it could go to how the described personality changes (irritability) are not at all changes but reflect how his personality has always been. But why are we questioning the radiologist about it?

Seems dirty pool way to show jurors he is unlikeable (much like their own client) but the Plaintiff isn't objecting so I guess it's all good?

I think her lawyers advised her to not stand up to-meet- the jury …as she is a lot taller than the plaintiff. He stood. She did not.
Sometimes these lawyers are wrong. She came off entitled IMO.She should of stood tall in her truth. Not pinched faced hiding at the far end of the table.

well given I don't have a clue how tall the plaintiff is since he choses to now show up in court. Maybe I missed him today?

I haven't followed this, but it is interesting how ski patrol has changed. Before, help folks out, move on...now, a lot of resorts have professional ski patrol, and complete template encounter paperwork.

I am stunned that GP's attorney is telling TS's attorney that he has to stop. This guy thinks he runs the courtroom and judge seems okay with it. Have never seen this before

Not a GP fan, I think she is just an entitled Hollywood weirdo. Also not impressed with her attorney. So far, my impression is that she thinks she is too good to be in that courtroom but that was her choice.....$300,000 is nothing to her so if she is so sensitive about cameras etc. why not just quietly work out a settlement behind the scenes?

Also think he is milking this for all it's worth and if I was a juror I would probably not give either of them anything. JMHO.

i have to think there were many attempts to settle this. He started with $3 million and now down to $300,000? I don't think she wants to be there...arrogant sure both she and her attorney are but I also see her point if she really feels this guy is not being fair. He got a concussion but I think most of the rest is fabricated and his mental demise is not her problem. I don't think he will win this case. He needs to show up in court. His family will be paraded on the stand...I can't imagine this is worth this to him.

Totally agree, Plaintiff not showing up would affect my opinion of him. One of the strangest cases I've ever watched (to date, anyway).
