My name is Jose Antonio Sisco Ramirez.

I was born on the 30th March 2001, in Cantaura Anzoategui, Venezuela.

My mother is Irama Josefina Ramirez de Sisco.

In January 2006, my mother took me with her from Venezuela to Miami in the U.S.A.

Upon arrival in Miami, my mother tended to some family business, and then we went to Utah. Later that year, we moved to California.

Since their arrival in the US, Jose's father has had no contact with his wife and son.

The parties had specifically agreed in writing as required by Venezuelan abduction prevention laws when Jose would leave Venezuela and that he would return to Venezuela by February 2006.
