The teen, 15-year-old Katie Seegmiller, was last seen Jan. 23 at approximately 10:30 p.m., according to a statement issued by the Utah Department of Public Safety.

Seegmiller is listed as a runaway juvenile who may be headed to South Dakota, police said, noting a concern for Seegmiller’s health because she has cystic fibrosis.

Wow, so glad she survived the crash and was found!

The people who died were identified as Cody A. Randall, 30, and J.D. Randall, 24, while the person critically hurt was identified as Katie Seegmiller, 15. All were from Washington City, Utah. Cody Randall was Seegmiller’s uncle, and J.D. Randall was the teen’s cousin.

I wonder why her uncle and cousin had taken her to MN? I hope KS makes a full recovery and gets some grief counseling (and any other counseling she may need).
