The tattoos of dad always get my attention.

Only seven when dad suddenly died. Kelsey is also a mom. Appeared to hail from Oklahoma.

Long time to not be heard from. Way long. May she be very street smart and is somewhere safe.

Life's traumas haunt us........please be OK young woman.
