This is just tiresome. Let's get to all the shenanigans KR was up to before during and after she murdered ER that prove her guilt.

I really feel for CL. KR put her freedom on the line and then used the drugs to kill her husband, she CL had been led to believe she was helping her employer/friend get pain meds for a real friend in need.

I can't imagine the stress level poor CL experienced. She didn't know KR was plotting murder.

I’m so surprised Lewis is expecting her to remember any of this. It was yearssss ago. Anyone would have to see the transcripts, etc. What was she expecting? Where does she get off being annoyed Carmen wants to read exactly what was said?

Ms. Lewis drew tears forcing CL to admit her learning disability and lack of education.

There is nothing suspect about CL asking LE if they could write up her statement for her, that she would sign. We understand why they couldn't, but we understand why she'd ask. She wanted homework help.

And now Ms. Lewis is drawing down on what CL knew then which is different than what she knows now. Nothing nefarious. This is all intentional confusion.

Lewis asks about Carmen's current drug court and probation status. Her probation was transferred to another county. One of the conditions of her probation was not to have contact with Nick Von Savage, Lewis asks. Carmen says she isn't sure. Lewis shows her some documents.

Ms. Lewis asks CL if she asked KR to wow the community service letters.

We know that KR knows CL didn't complete community service at a place she'd never been.

Why would KR do that? Illegal. Unless she was getting something in return.

Which we know she was.

Carmen says her recollection is that while she had the ankle monitor on, she was not supposed to see her daughters. "I couldn't go down the canyon at all." Lewis tells Carmen she was not supposed to have contact with Nick as part of her probation and the fact he's a witness in this case. Carmen says she does not recall that.

Lewis brings up the letters that Kouri sent to the court saying Carmen had done community service. Carmen says she asked Kouri to write the letter. Lewis asks Carmen if it's fair to say she can't really recall what happened in 2022 or 2023. Carmen asks Lewis to rephrase the question. Carmen says she has a partial memory.

"Kouri never asked you for fentanyl, true?" Lewis asks. Carmen responds, "Yes." Lewis lists several dates and information that was "told to you but you don't remember."
