Did Kouri not sit down and talk with Eric about her debt?

We all know the answer.

I wonder if he knew ANYTHING AT ALL about her debts? Didn't he get alerted that she was changing the beneficiary of life insurance? Or is that me re-remembering it wrong?

Not likely as she was forging his sig and buying insurance policy’s on him

Be honest... has anyone here forged their spouse's signature?... even if for non-consequential efficiency? I think most have it could be something simple like both parents signing a child's report card or a time share weekly booking request.

I could do it fairly well I think... but a real expert (like I know a forensic hand writing expert) would spot my errors.

My spouse had his son, my stepson gorge mine for a heloc pre divorce

I could also very successfully forge his

Had friends/clients out of the country who needed a check signed to mail to his brother, easy peasy & off in the mail

The whole life insurance shenanigans makes me think that one should require marital consent, including notarized signatures, to taking out a policy on one's spouse.
