The Lyft guy is cleared, but not a hero by any stretch. I guess at best he respected her decisions as an adult.

Woah- what do you mean, he's not a hero? How was this man suppose to do something about a situation that he had no clue was going to happen? Is he supposed to be psychic, too?

The two folks I know who work for Lyft and Uber have told us some hair raising places that they have driven passengers. One of them even asked a guy who wanted to be dropped off on a highway, if he was sure- the man insisted.

They are drivers, not detectives, police, investigators or psychics. I can't believe people expected this guy to do more than his job, when he had no reason to be suspicious of anything. Geesh!
