Spencer is like a spoiled brat. If he is not winning at the game he gets mad. It was really obvious with Alexis.....just couldn't get the best of her, I could see his blood boiling.

Dr. Perper did a really good job in explaining his medical findings/opinions today in layman's terms. I usually get bored silly but not with him. Can't wait until Tuesday when the jail birds testify. I sure hope they come off as credible.

I can only assume that the defense was trying to make the point that if Michele was constipated then her blood couldn't possibly have been diluted by drowning. But they didn't make it to whatever conclusion they were trying to make.

Now we're doing a drawing of Potassium and Sodium - I get the impression that Spencer does not really understand the science. I also don't understand why Spencer is doing this instead of having his expert rebut and explain whatever is questionable about Perper's conclusions.

I guess I need to watch this tomorrow altho I don't think I can handle Spencer for very long....I am a huge fan of Dr. Perper and I don't want to see him uncomfortable. I always miss the interesting stuff....dang work!

Umm ..because he is filling time to ensure he goes to end of day..strategic to fill time with nothing of importance to have jurors forget the other stuff that was presented by prosecutor previously?

Agree. And I hope the Jurors see it that way. How can they not? Who beats up on an Elderly Expert. Sometimes kindness goes a long long way. Spencer behaved like an Asshat. Can I say that :scared: IMO

Focus by defense on those two ions as they change with cells after death . Defense really targeting those ions !!!! Those may change ...But the rest of non ionic components ..not as much change due to osmosis or cellular damage like sodium and potassium ? ... except with dilution ? SMH .

It doesn't - but that is the only thing I can think that the defense was trying to get at, because Spencer said that drinking a lot of water is one way to help constipation.
