In my opinion, any meaningful points this defense lawyer may have made with this witness are probably long forgotten. I'm am left thinking only that he looks like he could be Clark Howard's brother and possibly enjoys abusing the elderly. JMO

In other words, she drowned but he cannot say with certainty whether she drowned by accident or if someone (like her husband) held her under the water and caused her to drown. I understood it the same way as you do. There was a question on direct that exactly covered that.

Yes. I understand what Dr. Perper was saying too. I do not think he was hedging at all.
