Doc looks half-dead for the court, but he could run 4-5 miles a day, do dozens of push-ups, etc. while in jail.

If Doc could do all of that while in jail, he could have gotten Michele out of the tub without help as well. IMO

Inmate #3 is serving a 27 year sentence.

The female defense lawyers makeup is so distracting that it is hard to pay attention to Martin's expressions when she is in the shot.

  • #624
Hmmm... #3 says when Martin was stressed, he was mean. You didn't want to be on his bad side.

When a guy who has been in prison 14 years describes that you can be "mean"....I think you must be reallllllly *MEAN*!

Scary :scared:

She distracts me all the time too!
When Spencer is making motions and standing up she stares up at him like he is Moses coming down off the mountain. It creeps me out.
Does she have a colleague crush on him or something?

Lots of gum chewing in this trial.

The good doctor and bubba will make excellent roommates.

Spencer is acting like a jerk again. "Yeah it is pretty tough to give CPR when 911 is keeping you on the phone, isn't it"

  • #629
I like that the statement about not being able to perform CPR if he was on the phone with 911 got in. Don't remember hearing it in the trial so far.

"Pretty hard to give CPR when 911 is keeping you on the phone."

Hmmm, so does that explain why Martin hung up on 911 so many times and was clearly agitated with the 911 operator? Sorry Mr. Defense lawyer but that doesn't explain it to me and more than likely not the jury either.

This witness is a piece of work. Not sure he is helping the prosecution. To much baggage.

  • #632
Good grief. Whatever the reality is, its pathetic to have to bring in a dishonest druggy convict to bolster your case. He has zero credibility. Makes the State look baaaad.

  • #633
professional snitch

So once again we are going to attack a witness, bring up their past "bad acts", and go after them to make them appear to be something that they aren't yet we have a man on trial that has done numerous criminal activities himself and all of that is "off limits" during his trial.

Pathetic, IMO

Stop saying the names of the inmates, Spencer!!

Inmate #3 detailing narcing on others in a deal with the feds. He cut himself, too. @fox13now #MartinMacNeill #MacNeillTrial

#3 sounds like he wants to jump off the stand and remove the smile from Spencer's facial region. #MartinMacNeill

Spencer really going after Inmate #3 and his snitching in an effort to get reduced sentences. @fox13now #MartinMacNeill #MacNeillTrial

Spencer acting shocked at the bench that he used a full name that he was not allowed to use. Oh, did I say that? My bad.

Remember they called him back and HE answered

Actually there are really good defense lawyers out there that don't feel the need to punish a victims daughter on the stand to win their case. In this case, like some of the others I have seen, this defense feels that anything goes as long as it doesn't apply to their own client.

MOO
