He claimed he had cancer in his toe and used a cane at times to show that he could not lift his wife out of the tub when he found her dead

He says not some, but all info panned out. About 26 people were put in prison for his info. He got nothing for it.

Way behind listening to HLN...The first inmate testifying. I kind of feel for him. I may be a horrible judge of character but he seems like a nice guy, trying his best to be truthful, all the while knowing it is not making " mean doc" happy. And 13 more years. People have killed and got off for less than that.

When trying to verify a page number, Spencer just said to Perkins, "Jared, what page are you on?" Is that a breach of courtroom protocol to call another attorney by their first name?
