Prosecution needs time to meet with the inmate prior to his testimony. He has a right not to incriminate himself. @fox13now

inmate #2 to stand

Skipping Inmate number 1 for now and moving to Inmate number 2.

Inmate number 1 needs to talk with a lawyer first from the public defenders office before testifying.

For those who missed it, there were a couple of really funny moments this morning. Paraphrasing a lot....

Grunander asks Cannon about whether he would have felt or done something differently had he known there were others claiming Michele's body was placed differently than what MM claimed. (Something like that.)
Spencer: "Objection. Assumes facts not in evidence."
Judge: "I'm not aware of what you mean. Can you elaborate?"
Spencer: "There has been no testimony to that effect."
(Grunander visibly rolls his eyes at the podium.)
Judge: "Overruled."

Spencer: "Might you get some favors toward your sentence for testifying here?"
Inmate #4: "Maybe in a federal case because I'm serving federal time, but this is a state case right?"
Spencer: "I'm the one asking the questions."

Remember a court house in Arizona? ??

:please: that's like getting a poke in a bad tooth! I don't know that I will ever fully recover.

Just a quick aside: not funny to make fun of peoples' accents. Not funny at all. Dude is bilingual. WTH.

One good thing the jury has to understand that MacNeill was in a Federal Pen.
