Robert Lynn Flygare's last known location was near the area of the University Parkway I-15 Northbound on ramp walkway from Utah Valley University around 9:05 a.m. on Wednesday April 25.

Flygare was last seen wearing a "light colored, possibly blue, button up shirt and blue jeans."

Police say he is an avid walker, and he frequently walks along the railroad tracks and Geneva Road.

A security camera picked him up near I-15. Video shows Flygare walking away from a McDonald’s near 1265 South Sandhill Road with two drinks in his hands around 9 a.m. on April 25.

The man hasn’t been seen since.

“It’s kind of concerning to us that he’s carrying two drinks when he’s by himself, so we know he’s going to meet at least one other person,” police said.

Robert frequently goes on walks by himself, sometimes for two or three hours at a time. Police think he may have been taking a drink to a homeless person.

Robert’s son says it's unlike his father to disappear, especially because he didn’t have a wallet or cell phone with him. Making things even more puzzling, police say they found the drink cup holder under the overpass—but no drinks and no Robert.

The body of an elderly man reported missing over two-weeks ago was found in Orem Friday morning, officials said

Friday, the Utah County Search and Rescue Team and UTA police found him around 8:30 a.m. near the railroad tracks at about 2000 South--just west of I-15.
