I'm not sure what they are doing with the river today but it's running so high and fast, imo they would need sonar equipment and to dredge it.

Here is a video of AW walking past a business around 6:30 am Saturday morning. Notice how wet the bottoms of his pants are. Also appears very cold, as if he had been outside for some time. This is a public video from a business owner being shared by the police, and also by the business owner below.

Hmm sunrise appears to be around 5:57am in Logan UT - so if he is walking around at 6.46am just 2 blocks away - if he left while dark - that gives him a few hours to leave under the cover of darkness - IMO

The video, taken at 6:46am on Saturday about two blocks from the home, shows a man in a grey hoodie walking alone. His pants appear wet or muddy from the knees down. [bbm]

Yeah. He looks like he's having a psychotic episode. Could just be withdrawal, I suppose.

IMO he has the same dark soulless eyes as we’ve seen with so many perpetrators in these cases.
My skin crawled just from his picture, I can only imagine the reaction I would have seeing him in person.

I think our justice system has it wrong, Alexander Whipple should be charged with Capital murder, rape of a child. And the burden of proof that he did NOT commit those acts should be on him. He would have to bring forth the evidence that he did not murder a child or rape a child.

It would be easy, where is Elizabeth? Prove you didn't do these things..

The JBS Meat plant is in Hymer, about 8 miles away. That would be a long way to walk carry a 40 pound body, and he would have been doing this in daylight, which appears to be documented by the Cafe video at 6:45 am in west Logan. I think there is good reason LE is centering it’s search for Lizzie in Logan, but asking everyone to look out for other evidence that may be out there all along his route

That would be incredibly dangerous. We don’t get to pick and chose who gets due process, which is the way it should be.

This guy will face justice here, it’s just a matter of time.

This should NEVER be how it works, despite how emotional we find these cases.

As bad as we agonize for Lizzy and all the other innocent babies....still....sorry, that is not the kind of world I would want to live in.

More and more, criminals are manipulating the criminal justice system. This case is similar to Maleah in Texas, no body, no confession, the state has to prove everything, when the criminal has destroyed crucial evidence.

In some situations, where the criminal is non cooperative with LEO, the system should be able to make the highest charges, and burden of proof on criminal that those charges are incorrect.

Our system of justice no longer is effective in so many cases like this.

From what people in the neighborhood said that I talked to, trash day was Monday.

Those are both regular trash and recyclable trash barrels at the roadside in those pictures. Do they have pick up on Saturday mornings in Logan? Not that I am suggesting that she is in one of those two barrels but were there a lot more out on the curb up and down that road?
