There have been a number of tips but the one I mentioned came in today at 19:05:02. (24 hour clock) CART 179. Another one came in after I posted - 20:44:26 (8:44 pm) CART 186. I think the one you're talking about is marked as CART 128?

The way I read it from the clerk that was interviewed and the police statement: he had drank two of the three beers he was purchased. And who knows what other substances besides marijuana from stating he was a fail drug user.

He bought a 6 pack and pack of cigarettes, no food and looked out of it. When he was apprehended he had one beer remaining. Info from attendant at convenient store shared shortly after his arrest when the search became public knowledge, once he was aware of the request for information.

Edit: the source below states 3 beers, I recall seeing a 6 pack listed somewhere.

I read the employee was going into work his shift when he saw AW and noted immediately he looked rough & wearing a grey hoodie over his suit clothes. He also reported AW bought cigarettes and a 6-pack of beer. No food was mentioned.

I dont believe the employee contacted LE because he sighted him, I believe LE came to the Short Stop.

There has been no mention made of surveillance camera footage of him there nor has there been any video released, like LE usually does.

I think they just started using the CART designation today. If you look further down there are a couple other reports besides the original missing report (19L8377) that appear to be related to Elizabeth also but are just marked with Incident numbers.

Would the police say if he’s in protected custody in jail? Some of the statements from the interview I’ve posted before sounded like if he wasn’t in jail people would be out to get him?

I think they just started using the CART designation today. If you look further down there are a couple other reports besides the original missing report (19L8377) that appear to be related to Elizabeth also but are just marked with Incident numbers.

He’s definitely going to be in administrative segregation at this point, and probably on suicide watch, and maybe even in the infirmary or medical clinic due to monitoring for alcohol/drug withdrawal.

I bet he’s a handful, if he tried to run from LE & they had to assist him to the ground, he’s going to have the same attitude in jail, imo.

I think if he was gonna kill himself ge would have done it before arrest...instead of going to get beer and cigs. Hes been deceitful and uncooperative, he clearly doesn’t care. MOO
