The probation violation is probably a separate legal issue; I don't know Utah's rules but he's probably entitled to a hearing about whether his probation should be revoked, and maybe to be out on bail while waiting for the hearing. Under other cicrumstances, I mean. Obviously this isn't normal.

In CA, from what I've seen, probation violators rarely get bail.

We're garbage cans set out? We're dumpsters in the area searched before pick up?

If feel like she is going to be found as long as she didn't get picked up by the trash. That seems to be a great way to hide a body.

This sighting behind the abandoned rail car at Western Mechanical is:

1. Just across the railroad tracks from the intersection of W100 S and S 600 W

2. Kitty corner from the 7th Day Adventist Church where there was some talk that evidence had been found

3. Half a block south of the Cafe Sabor where he was on surveillance walking NORTH approximately 15 minutes after this reported sighting !!

4. About 4 long blocks from the home.

So the perp was skulking around that area at 6:30 am - apparently without backpack or carrying anything. He then appears to have walked north, which is in the opposite direction that he finally was apprehended in.

Yeah, here too. My point was that bail for the probation violation would be separate from bail for the weapons and paraphernalia charges. Is that correct?

There is an abandoned freight car on the railway line just “behind” it ( to the west if you orient the map with north on top), but that’s NOT the one in the photo

The one in the photo, IMHO, is an old passenger car with a rounded roof and it’s about 100 feet farther south, just behind a row of trees. The lettering W10 S is on the street just north of it. That long brown car has a rounded roof and looks more like a passenger car.

I think we've been giving the creep too much credit and assuming he's clever. I personally think if he's still drinking or drugging or hungover he's not going to feel like thinking after he realizes what he's done. He may not even remember what he's done or where he disposed of his niece if he has blackouts.

Making no excuses for him though. To him, it's cya time and he's going to get rid of the evidence. Seems to be his character if his history helps to predict his behavior. He may think he's smart, but that'll be his downfall. He's got all of Logan and their resources working against him.

If we look at his prior crimes I wouldn't say he's the greatest at making decisions under pressure, so I think she's out there somewhere nearby and every day le is just that much closer to finding her.

My Nephew lives in area code 84321 Logan. His p/u day is Tuesday if that helps.

It sounds like the window we are looking at is 2:00 AM to 6:46 AM? The video of him only blocks from the home with no Lizzi. Wherever he left her would seem to be close by the house, but LE seems to have done a through search and found nothing. It's insane that someone can commit a heinous crime and sit silently in jail. I'll never understand how their conscious allows them a moment of peace.

Right? I mean he's long sobered up by now, knows exactly what he's done and has had time to reflect. And still, silence.
