I was told it was Cafe Sabor, as it was their surveillance cam, but I am having a really hard time orienting it on Googlemap. Western Mechanical is on the next block south

In March, he reportedly told his probation officer he was going through some personal issues and it was beginning to affect his treatment. Sounds to me he was under court order for treatment & counseling. Of course we don’t know the type of treatment he was receiving. I have thoughts I’ll refrain from posting, for now. Moo

i thought it was the cafe as well but was unable to match it to google maps with the yellow gate. i found western mechanical on google maps has a gate similar with two rural mailboxes matching the video

Sure it can happen & once in a blue moon a body or evidence is transferred to an already searched area.
The house looks incredibly tiny to me & looks to be on a slab, so no basement. But yes, maybe she’s in the house & no one has noticed.
Perhaps LE needs to remove ALL items from the house & give it a new search, idk.
I personally don’t think she’s in there but idk.

The orange pointer is on the Cafe Sabor

There is an abandoned freight car on the railway line just “behind” it ( to the west if you orient the map with north on top), but that’s NOT the one in the photo

The one in the photo, IMHO, is an old passenger car with a rounded roof and it’s about 100 feet farther south, just behind a row of trees. The lettering W10 S is on the street just north of it. That long brown car has a rounded roof and looks more like a passenger car.

Seeing the abandoned train cars led me to look for trains that still run through Logan.

I found info on train routes but I’m wondering if this is current or just showing where the trains ran when they were in service. I also read the trains will sometimes park in the Logan yard overnight. Also they go to Cache Junction on the weekends. ?

My son showed me videos of Youtubers sneaking onto trains to livestream. I had no idea that was a thing.

Now I’m wondering if this baby was hidden on a parked train somehow. Crazy...I know...but I’m running out of ideas.

I thought the same, it looks (to me) like he’s holding something to keep it from falling out. We’ve all tucked an item in our jacket to prevent it from rain. His coat looks puffed out, almost likes he’s pregnant, in the still image. Moo

OMG! That is awful.

I feel like if she were outside and not in water there would be a smell by now, or there would be vultures or something. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if she isn’t anywhere nearby.

Do we know when ES was last seen by anyone other than her mom?

CAFE SABOR is the old Logan Train Station. There is no train station activity at that location any more.

That old abandonded-looking freight car seems to be sitting on the one track line and it doesn’t look as though any of that has been used in a while

And the freight train that once ran from Logan to Hyrum appears to be either really intermittant or not running at all, so I think we can exclude him getting to Hyrum by that means.

I think we've been giving the creep too much credit and assuming he's clever. I personally think if he's still drinking or drugging or hungover he's not going to feel like thinking after he realizes what he's done. He may not even remember what he's done or where he disposed of his niece if he has blackouts.

Making no excuses for him though. To him, it's cya time and he's going to get rid of the evidence. Seems to be his character if his history helps to predict his behavior. He may think he's smart, but that'll be his downfall. He's got all of Logan and their resources working against him.

If we look at his prior crimes I wouldn't say he's the greatest at making decisions under pressure, so I think she's out there somewhere nearby and every day le is just that much closer to finding her.

BBM... I so agree, way too much credit to this loser. Sometimes there is the element of dumb luck and that may be all that is on his side right now because I agree, especially regarding his past/current history with substance abuse, that he possibly may truly not know what he did or where he put her.... in reality that is a very, very true possibility. Sadly, users and abusers just don't even know or remember literally anything of actions or whereabouts at times. Depending on his drug of choice he may still be detoxing and trying to recollect so perhaps, on a wing and a prayer, he may shortly recollect something. And then if he does the question would be, what would he do with that recollection....I believe deny further as he already has the luxury of knowing they have not located this little girl. So yep, CYA time, he is now hoping for that "on a wing or a prayer"....but imo a wing and a prayer will not pan out for him, at least I hope not.

Also, that little girl in Mexico. She was missing too, and finally found dead between the mattress and the bed frame. so sad
