There is no way, no way that I would let a POI in my daughters disappearance be anyway near my grandkids. JP a good father?!??! Riiight. A good father doesnt take a parent away from their kids. A good father wouldn't take the kids out in the cold late at night. A good father would provide emotionally, financially, spiritually for his family. if JP did this he is NOT a good father.

IMO JP probably planned a family style murder-suicide and couldnt go thru with it.

Give it up Josh. It will be easier if you do.

Met at Church.
Married aprox 9 months after she graduated from High School.
Susan feeling threatened: at this time it may or may not be true.
Working to verify.

(It’s really hard to hear the questions)
They have no reason to believe that she would leave on her own.
She would not have gone this long without contacting her family or
leave her boys.

Chuck did see the boys and they are in contact with Jenny & Kirk.
Chuck is crying now.

Concerned he is a POI and believe the police would not make that
determination without a lot of facts, it concerns them greatly and makes
them sad.
She has discussed concerns with family in past.
Nothing to show she was in danger.

Appears suspicious would not leave home without purse, keys, cell phone etc.
Infidelity… none that we know or, they wouldn’t disclose it if they did.

watching the presser on foxnews webstream. sigh

When they said they were "not surprised" were they referring to JP being named as a POI or that Susan was missing?

JP as a POI, based on his actions this week.

I think they meant the were not surprised JP was a POI.

I feel bad for the family. Poor Dad looks so sad and bewildered...

If I ever need a spokesperson, I want Shelby to be it...

Right now there is probably:banghead: not a whole lot that Susan's parents can do as far as the grands.

Her dad seems like such a nice man. When he was explaining the family picture and said, "And I'm the lucky guy in the middle," my heart hurt a little.

How can people be so selfish?

Yes, this is the first time we've seen Dad lose it any any fashion (he was tearing up with wife's arm/Susan's mother around his shoulders)

I hope Josh it watching this, and can see, and feel the pain from this wonderful family. Sister, grandmother also had tears. My how incredibly sad.

The way it was said....
I don't think the kids are with Josh.
I think they are with Jenny and Kirk and that Josh sees them.
Sad to say but at this time I don't think they really can do anything
to stop him!

With all due respect, what would you suggest they do?

Very composed, heartbroken and well spoken family- my heart aches for them. When you see the way others have reacted in similar situations (the Ants, Cummings, etc) it just makes me so mad! I would never want to be a 'poster child' for how to act when a loved one goes missing and a 'family' member is suspected, but these people have really stepped up!

How very sad.

It was really hard to hear the questions but I think it may have been
the combination of the two.
Without coming right out and saying I got the feeling that they
kind of figured he had something to do with it.
