The video regarding the move (towards the end) says the Powell's covered from the cameras the shed in the backyard, so no one could see what they were removing from the shed. That sounds a little strange. They are not hiding from the cameras what comes out of the garage attached to the house or the house, but the shed needs privacy?

So the powell boys blocked what was being removed from the shed for what reason? Newscaster stated something like "we're not saying there is anything incriminating in there, just wanted privacy because of the personal belongings that were in the shed"

Who stores keepsakes and such in a tool shed? Most people store rakes and lawnmowers. Weird.

Maybe they cut the video short, because there was no mention of this on the video at that link.

:waitasec:Sounds like there was some resume fudging going on on his part or his real estate website stretched the truth about his experience. Had read he went to college and sounds like he graduated with honors. Add his 12 years' real estate and that puts him at 34.

It is a group of people IN MY OPINION that has become enamored with having as many members as possible, all praising them.

Or, I may be angry they keep deleting my album link because according to James Hofheins, some pictures are decidedly anti-Josh.

I do not know, but I bet the neighbors are thrilled!!
Most gated communities have bi - laws.
Most have back ground checks etc.............
I wonder how the association will feel about a POI staying
in there community.

I was looking at it on google maps and its hard to tell which part of the community is gated and all. NM, husband just explained it and I have a better idea now.

It's a positive page to support Susan, her family and friends.
They make it clear that they do not want any negative things
being posted so I can see why you wouldn't like the page
since according to you they delete your anti Josh links.

I'm not sure who your "eye roll for stupid people" is for....
I hate to think it is meant for people who have lost their friend,
daughter, sister etc.

40,000 members is something I think I would be proud of if it was me
that is a lot of people being made aware of Susan Powell. I would also
bet that some cases on here would give anything to have at least half
those followers!

Usually in a gated neighborhood; the person that owns the property is responsible for all guests and family. Like in arrests,guns,hostage, drinkng, fighting crimes etc.,
The association can usually make motions and rules.
(In my case we can be kicked out even though we own our property and cottage.)
So dad probably will have Josh on a short leach.
Until Josh can get to Canada........IMO..........

Dad was not down to help Josh move, was he???

Peterson did not "buy" the swingset - he made it himself. I've known many people, including my own father who had craftsman skills and enjoyed sharing their gifts with others. He had gave the Powells the swingset play area just days before Susan disappeared. Her children never had the opportunity to play on it, before Josh moved the children to WA. Josh is moving. I don't blame Peterson for wanting something that he is personally connected to. Do you know how many hours of work had to been put into building it?​

How can this be? If it was bitter cold, how do you build a swingset if they require being set in the ground with cement? Makes no sense.
