Circumstances of Disappearance​

Collier was last seen in Tooele County, Utah on July 30, 2008, dropping off his children at a Grantsville address. He was reported missing by his family members on Aug. 12, 2008. His home was searched by deputies and nothing suspicious was found. He has never been heard from again.

On August 12, 2008 Trent Collier was reported as missing by his brother who spoke to him a week earlier and has not seen or heard from him since. During the investigation detectives learned that Trent had made an airline ticket purchase from Salt Lake City Delta Airlines and a train fare in Santa Cruz, California after the date of the airplane ticket purchase (August 3 and 4th). Detectives also learned that Trent had sold the motorcycle to Stedmans of Tooele on 07/22/2008.

On 09/21/2013 detectives learned that Trent Collier was was listed NCIC was identified at JFK Airport/Border Patrol through customs by fingerprint. Trent was going under an assumed name of Richard Koller (06/15/1963). Trent had purchased an airline ticket to Jamaica.

Trent Collier has been missing since July 30, 2008.
