Utah Man Charged With Repeatedly Raping 9-Year-Old Girl, Including With Vacuum at Car Wash

The disturbing case involves a 9-year-old girl. She was doing her chores in her home on April 13, 2022, when her sister contacted Webb and told him to pick the 9-year-old up, according to charging documents. Court documents do not say how the sister knew Webb or if she had any knowledge of what he was allegedly planning to do to the girl.

indeed. I find it telling that no information about the sister's age, relationship to/with the adult male and whether or not she knew what Webb would do once he picked up the 9 year old has been released.

I hope my suspicions are wrong about this.

I'm left with many questions - the first is why it took two years and eight months to arrest and charge Webb? Did this poor child suffer in silence until recently?
