Sandy Police seek missing ‘severely autistic’ non-verbal 20-year-old

SANDY, Utah – The Sandy Police Department announced it is searching for a missing, endangered 20-year-old.

William Woodward is a Caucasian male, who was last seen around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday near 11100 S. Mary Dr.

Police said Woodward is “severely autistic,” and is non-speaking.

He was last seen wearing dark gray sweatpants and white shoes.

Police released a photo of the missing man from what appeared to be a surveillance system:

IMO,From what I could tell when looking up 11100 S Mary Dr. in Sandy Ut. Is there are 2 parks and a golf course. I did see a body of water different from these areas but don’t know if he would walk that far or what direction he was in. I’m not the greatest person with maps but I’m trying to learn stuff here to help others. I’ve always been interested in true crime areas.
