Mabye charged in Albermarle b/c her car was found there? That is strange. Mabye they feel the crime was committed there? Or mabye b/c they have more resources there than in Nelson?

I bet they find her body in Nelson though. It would be easier to dispose of there then in Charlottesville.

If they think he followed her from the gas station, and she headed toward Charlottesville instead of Lynchburg, she might have been over the county line before he made his move.

Or maybe they got a DNA match on Morgan.

Dashad Sage Smith is actually a transgender person, originally a male. They had a suspect for him, but then the suspect fled after he was interviewed. Although as a female, he did resemble AM some it seems.

Yes, I know. That's why the question mark. As Sage, he strongly resembles Alexis.

I agree it's most likely the guy they questioned was involved. But one thing about serial killer victims is that there's usually a different suspect. LE doesn't think of SK's as a possibility unless there's really clear and obvious evidence. That string of names somebody posted with every victim having a suspect but no convictions or even arrests suggests the possibility, to me.

You know, I am not a religious person anymore. But I have to believe that, if the worst has befallen poor Alexis, then she had a purpose in all this. A young woman with such a strong personality, lots of admirers and friends, well known - even if mostly thru social media - well, she will be the one that gets this jerk caught. Because of who she uniquely was in this world. All those who loved her, knew her, met her, talked to her - they aren't going to be quiet and let this go away.

Show the investigators where you are Alexis, and how they can nail this guy. lease:

I agree. However, I am starting to think this is going to be the straw that broke the camels back in regards to the racial issues in the state because of the race of the victim and abductor. I live in Germany now but I am from Lynchburg, VA so I know how already the state has racial issues along with a lot of states in the USA. Some people will use this as a platform.

I believe this guy is as guilty as sin.

In regards to race...I don't think this has anything to do with race. I live in Southern VA and while racism does still exist in some ways it doesn't seem that bad to me. I don't see this becoming some racial thing at all. It is a woman thing. Samantha Clarke was white. There have been cases of black men killing white girls and now white men killing black girls. I don't see any connection with race honestly.
