Oh this isn't good! They found and arrested him, but she was not with him. Praying that she is just hiding somewhere safe!

According to Maryland Court Case records Amy Fabian was a defendant in a Domestic Violence Protection case filed on April 27, 2019. The order was denied on April 29, 2019. She was charged with Second Degree Assault on April 27th - she was released on her own recognizance. While there are two different DOBs shown on these cases they are related.

Probably not. She was last seen at her home on Friday morning, but the truck was stolen on Thursday from Maryland.

Homicide suspect arrested, search continues for missing Cumberland woman

Did the truck belong to Knisley's employer and he drove it every day for his job, then just took off in it? Maybe the truck had a tracking module, which led authorities to the homicide scene. But, if the white truck had tracking capability, then why hasn't it been reported that it was found? I don't think it has been found yet.

The white 2002 Ford F-350 work truck, which had "Allegheny Industries" on its side, was the first vehicle associated with Knisley. Allegheny Industries, Inc., is a company located at 402 Center St., Mt. Airy, Maryland 21771. Allegheny Industries, Inc. specializes in cellular communication construction, modification and service. Here's a link: Allegheny Industries, Inc. – Wireless, Electrical & Telecom Specialists [Just to confuse you further, the home where the homicide occurred is on Mount Airy Lane., in Cumberland County, Virginia. Allegheny Industries is in Mt. Airy, Maryland.]

The "Allegheny Industries" truck was reported as "stolen", but apparently not by carjacking. That is why I believe that it may have been his work vehicle. Knisely subsequently procured two other vehicles by "carjacking." He must have ditched the white truck before traveling on foot to carjack the 2013 Honda Civic. It appears that neither the white truck nor the 2013 Honda Civic has been located yet. At least, I have not read that they have been recovered unless I missed something.

Did Knisely leave Amy Fabian in the white truck? I don't believe that she is alive.

Just offering up some food for thought and pure speculation on my part.

I would think that she wouldn’t be currently in the white truck, but when they do locate said truck it will have evidence of her being deceased. I bet he tried to hide her as well as the truck to buy himself some time. I think the search radius should start around the 2013 Honda Civic, or about a mile away from the civic from the direction he came from (if the person who was carjacked can remember from which direction he appeared)

Okay. In doing more digging. On the same date - April 27th - another person (female) was arrested in Carroll County, MD for Second Degree Assault. Here is a link to a Arrest list from a newspaper.

Daily arrest report for those arrested April 27, 2019

Now, follow the directions I gave on a previous post to go to the Maryland Court Case Search and look that person up. Open the case for April 27th and see where that person lives in proximity to Amy (Cumberland County, VA). Too small of a world for me that two people get involved in Second Degree Assault in Carroll County, MD and both are neighbors in Cumberland County, VA (through the woods) - some 200 miles away.

The address Amy was last seen at is the same address as the other person charged with Second Degree Assault. This is a relative of hers - I think her mother.

As I noted above Amy owns 251 Mount Airy RD.

Homicide suspect arrested, Virginia woman he's suspected of kidnapping still missing

Amy Fabian is a 5-foot-8, 124-pound white female with brown eyes and brown hair. She has been missing since 3 a.m. on May 24 and was last seen at 215 Mount Airy Road in Cumberland.

In articles they refer to the 215 Mount Airy address and also say her home. It wasn't her home. Property records have her at 251 Mount Airy. Honestly, we will need more information because as anyone can plainly see a simple transposition of the digits of house numbers can yield the other.

Further research shows that the male arrested on April 27th in Carroll County for Second Degree Assault (see the link above in previous post to the newspaper and follow directions to look up the case) was arrested by the same officer as Amy was as well as the other person.

All of what was going on April 27th has to feed into what happened early Friday morning.

Murphy is the last name of Amy's husband who died, and if you look, her last name was Murphy when she set up her FB.

Also, am I allowed to say? Locals are saying Amy had a TRO against Knisley.

Hoping her son was/is safe with a relative!!

Update: Va. homicide suspect arrested, search for missing Cumberland County woman continues

Virginia State Police said Saturday that a Maryland man wanted in a Cumberland County homicide has been arrested.

Police said they believe Knisley stole a third vehicle late Friday in North Carolina. Later, he was involved in a pursuit with Raleigh, North Carolina, police, who took him into custody. He’s facing a first-degree murder charge and additional charges are pending.

Police are still looking for Amy Fabian, 43, of Cumberland County, Virginia, who was reported missing. Authorities said they want to question Knisley in her disappearance.
It's not the first time he's stolen a vehicle. He has an extensive criminal history going back 20 years. (MD Admin Office of Courts Circuit Courts)
