Article states: "ILLEGAL DISPOSING OF BODY." Does this mean this sweet little girl was already dead and he "only" disposed of the body? This IS sweet little Arienna.

Overnight arrest related to missing 3-month-old Roanoke girl

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office confirmed that an overnight arrest is related to the disappearance of Arieanna Day.

Dozens of officers and search and rescue crew members are at North Fork Baptist Church on Jenelle Road near the railroad tracks.

There are search and rescue boats and many law enforcement officers at the scene.

The sheriff's office news release came in response to questions about an incident Wednesday night on Jennelle Road east of Blacksburg near a railroad crossing. Officers were there from before 8 p.m. until at least 10 p.m.

On Thursday, a Norfolk Southern truck and other vehicles remained at the Jennelle Road rail crossing. A law enforcement officer stood nearby, and men in vests with a dog on a leash searched farther up the tracks.

A bit farther along the river, on North Fork Road, a Virginia State Police search and rescue truck was parked and an officer with gloves on searched through thickets.

I think there is little to no chance Arieanna is still alive.

Possibly, or this is all he confessed to at the moment and LE is still working to build their case against him. Seems like they suspect him of more than that considering he has a no bond order.

ETA: I wouldn't be at all surprised if another person is involved, however.

This is pretty surprising honestly. So somebody actually did sneak into the home between 10 and 11 while mom was awake and took the baby..awful.

I wonder if this is who the family suspected and what there relationship is.
