Missing for almost 24 years.
Aron was my uncle. Some of the reports mention Aron’s brother, who talked about the go-go dancer. That is my dad. I don’t know much about Aron, and I never got to meet him. To this day my dad and grandma still get letters from people thinking about reopening the case. I don’t have much to add to the discussion, but I thought I’d say something. It’s pretty weird seeing people talk about a family member like this.
Thank you. I don’t like to bring up Aron around my family much, especially my grandmother. It often makes them emotional. I sometimes look online to see what other people have to say about the case, and it’s both strange and cool to see people interested in my uncle. I don’t know if my family will ever get closure, and until then he seems to remain a memory in the back of our heads.Thank you for popping in. We're a group of amateur sleuths who want to help find missing people. I apologize if we seem a little insensitive. Myself, I try to comment as if friends and family of the missing are reading.
I'm sorry for what your family is going through. Feel free to add anything to the discussion should anything arise, we're happy to help if we can.
Hey Alex. 1st I am very sorry for your loss. Thank you for speaking up. I was going to suggest maybe having your Dad look through "12 Tribes" photos. I feel like your Uncle Aron has a pretty distinct look, and surely his brother would be able to spot him. I hope didn't over step. BestThank you. A con man was using Aron’s name for a while until federal investigators caught up with him. Other locations listed for the ‘Aaron Silverman’ in Roaring Springs line up with the areas that this man was living in/active in.There is a man with the same birthdate and almost the same name (Aaron Silverman vs Aron Silverman) who recently lived in Roaring Spring, PA. I don’t know if it means anything.
That's my suspicion. Aron and the girl were both intoxicated, Aron had mentioned to her about his dad's boat. I'm willing to bet they went to the waterside or crossed a body of water and had an accident. It truly boggles my mind they never found the girl Aron left the party with, that no one could tell his family who she was. Maybe she's missing, too.
