In Roanoke City - not Roanoke Co. Those are 2 seperate and independent jurisdictions

I found it and it does appear his middle name is Real. So the stuff out of MI is NOT him. Good to know. Also, it does appear that his dob is 10/08/**** for whatever that is worth.

Some of those have his birthdate 10/8,and some have 8/10.For some reason I can't find any info on whitepages or veromi on either Morgan or Brandon's name.One of the Commenters had mentioned the baby's father's last name as being Lewis and there was custody issues,is that true?

From people search,it shows Brandon's age as 24.

I did find a Morgan Ward Lockett on FB,profile pic is gone,but a friend's list.And Chris Ward,he said his name was on ransom note,I wonder if that was to throw off suspicion of who did this?Or onto Morgan's side of the family?

The majority of the charges have the birthdate of 10/8. I believe I counted 5 of those vs. 2 of the 8/10 date.

he looks beat up to me too, but look at the tip/ball of his nose. It looks swollen, kind of like he fell forward and on his face. He could have these marks from falling forward and on his face. If he opened the door and was cold cocked, he would have fallen back and had some kind of noggin on the back or side of his head. Unless he was hit so hard, his body turned around and he landed on his face.

I can't tell what kind of mark that is on his cheek, looks like a finger nail mark/scratch?


I'm just wondering why the tip of the nose looks swollen like it does. I have only seen that when someone has fallen and landed on their face.

If he was popped in the nose with the door when they opened it he would have two black eyes , they would be swollen along with his nose ... unfortunatley I had my nose almost broke when I was kicked in the face by my horse ...long story there lol but both my eyes were swollen and black along with my nose ....

Did you find any info on reason one or some of stepfather's relatives were in prison,commenter's post was interesting as to why.Wanted to see if it was accurate.

No further info from my source I posted about yesterday. I'm hoping she will respond soon.

I do not know anything about step-father's relatives. My source only knows the former foster parents.

I'm still digging thru the court records to see if there's records in other counties/cities in VA - but the ones I've been thru I haven't found any further info.

I'm hoping that the lack of info is due to waiting on the abductors to make a move and/or not wanting to scare them out of it. Or due to working very very hard on leads behind the scenes. I hope it's not because they just don't have anything to go on or put out there.

I think you are right, Idaho, at least I am praying you are. I'm very worried about this little one. I remember the Cole Puffinberger case and he was recovered safely - so that gives me hope. I really think the circumstances here are very, very scary.

It's a thing called $$$. This family has no money...no status in the community...and they definitely live in the wrong part of town and in the wrong section of that part of town...

The Roanoke Times did do a very small piece on this story today in their printed edition. It was on the back page almost at the bottom of what is called the Virginia section.

Lots of 'profiling' is being done in this city - and not as a racial thing - it is across the board profiling of certain vehicles and certain neighborhoods.

Remember my post a few pages back about my home being broken into and my jewelry was stolen... Over $8,000 worth - and absolutely no police response...not even when I went to visit the police station... It's because I live on the wrong side of town and not in a prominent neighborhood. If I had lived in Cave Spring, Oak Grove or closer to the Hollins area (where Morgan Harrington's parents reside)...cops would have been all over my house and bending over backwards to help me... This is no joke and no exaggeration.

Amber Alert for kidnapped 2-year-old still active

An Amber Alert remained active today for a 2-year-old boy who was kidnapped last Thursday night in Roanoke.

Richmond-area police were put on the lookout Friday morning for a sport utility vehicle that may have been used in the kidnapping, but as of today, no arrests had been made in the case.

This does sound strange but it does seem to fit. I think if it happened ANY way, we would pull apart the hinky. But I see the story as plausible.

Sometimes a bizarre outline of events is more honest then a clean-cut story.

Basically If what the step-dad is saying, the perps came in and hit him in the head, he passes out (probably on his face), they start destroying the house, find 2 of the kids and tie one up (maybe showing that they mean business, except I think that if they had really meant to harm anyone they would have hurt the girl at this point-unless the LE hasn't let the press in on that.) and then they take one of the other kids on a whim and decide to make it a ransom. The LE I remember hearing in the articles said some items were missing. A TV is big and heavy, I wouldn't rob someone for a TV. Imagine trying to load it. I would rob them for their cash, drugs, and small valuables if I was a perp.

Why I don't think the step-dad alone could have done anything,
It sounds like he doesn't have a vehicle. The 4 year old would have said something. He would have had to leave the house, and leave the children alone, I think there would be some evidence of this. I don't think he had the time to do it all alone. If the mom was in on it, then where did she drive to and from. Was she at work the entire time?

And if she wasn't involved I think she would know the step-dad's drug dealer. So if the drug dealer was involved and she wasn't involved I think she would be spilling out everything she knew to get her son back.

I just think that in family abuse usually most the family endures it, not just one of the children. I think that it makes sense to me that only one child was grabbed. Why would they want to worry and take care of more than one. And I have more thoughts but I'll stop rambling on.

But of course without all the facts, there is no way in knowing what really went on. I just hope they find this darling boy and he gets a chance to live a life. It's extremely scary to me either way this goes, if that 3 males have him or if the step-dad was involved.

If they are serious about the ransom, with the LE having this all over the news and looking for them, it's probably really hard to figure out how to collect. HOPING for that option, as it means he is still with us.

Watching the mother in the video with her head held down and eyes averted from the camera tells a lot. In the one video with the stepfather he holds his head down when speaking of the abduction then lifts his head and looks at the camera when speaking of the child's illness. The four year old is tied up and gagged. The only one of the children old enough to tell what they knew. Parent(s) could've tied her up and gagged her while she was asleep, and from behind, so she wouldn't see anything. And very often in family abuse one child is singled out and abused. I'm still on the fence with this one but my hinky meter is off the chart.
