Yes, it's time for a bit of panic, isn't it? Assuming this absence wasn't ok'd and expected from her parent(s)/guardian(s), where is she and what happened? Abducted? Going off with friends and ran into trouble? Leaving home on purpose? Got lost? Worse?
It's a small town -- hoping its citizens are on the lookout for her.
Following and hoping for a quick and safe return.
Another pretty fresh-looking young girl... SMH.

I haven't seen much attention on regional missing person cases here - we just had tragic outcomes to 2 recent cases

A 28 Dec article. So the search is still on. But very little from LE or the media. I've been to Waynesboro MANY times. I do a lot of cycling and Waynesboro is near the north end of the Blue Ridge Pkwy and the southern end of Skyline Drive, both good cycling spots. Nice area, but the area has still seen its share of missing persons and murders over the last 2 or 3 decades.

The info on this is extremely thin. What notifications there are have a photo and then 3-4 sentences asking if anyone has seen her. Last seen and where? What was she wearing?
