Charles Carroll Alsop, 73, is missing. He has a cognitive impairment and his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety. He also has vision problems.

Alsop is 6', 158 lbs. with blue eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing khaki shorts, a gray quarter-zip pullover and loafers.
