I normally don't put charges that have been dismissed or are NOLLE PROSEQUI unless recent and I believe they are pertinent. In my personal opinion, I think these should be noted as he may have a fear of LE in general and not respond to uniformed people searching for him.
Multiple charges including forcible rape, rape of a helpless person, sexual assault,and assault dismissed or not prosecuted and "released to responsible adult or family member".
The last case shows his status as in custody (incarceration or mental hospital) but I'm not seeing anything that indicates that is where he went missing from. Virginia Judiciary Online Case Information System
I think he needs help and behavioral services that may be beyond what he has been receiving and I hope he's not fearful of LE with his history and allows himself to be located so he can get safety AND help.
