This little guys story I've been following from the beginning it's just sad so many lies and stories I just wish mr bigsby would answer Where's Codi? And not the he's alive and trafficked story just my two cents

so glad a real reporter was present outside the courtroom and caught the family members saying they have proof in the form of witnesses who saw him at their home in September 2021 and photos showing Codi was alive in December 2021. One must wonder why, if that is true, those pictures and sworn statements weren't ponied up a long while ago. WAAAY back when LE was asking anyone to come forward to give them a better idea of when the last time anyone aside from Corey saw Codi alive was.

Oh, that's right, simply lying to reporters isn't quite as punishable by law as sworn false testimony or an affidavit that is given to authorities. Got it. These people are disgusting.

I am reminded that Jose Baez told a jury in his opening statements that FICA was a sexually abused girl and her father killed Caylee Anthony, all without a bit of evidence. And then proceeded to never bring up any evidence of anything of the sort throughout the trial. Why? Because the rules of court allowed him to.

I hope all these "helpful/concerned" family members on Corey's side are forced to climb on the stand and lie so they can be prosecuted.

My my my Mr bigsby has aged I guess that's what a guilty conscience does just my two cents

My guess is it's just a lack of hair dying products available to him while in jail. Hence him looking gray. I've seen the same sort of thing where people in my life decided to go natural and stop dying their hair. Simply doing that made things like wrinkles more prominent. They were there before, but it wasn't noticed due to their dyed hair making them look younger.

Although I have to admit he is sure looking more slender. BAD way to diet. lol

I really hate how they waste the courts time another bail hearing this is what the 6 the one and another competency hearing thank god the dr said to another competency eval ,just the drs to give their opinions. And then that lawyer saying the jail's causing his mental health problems well the maybe he shouldn't of done the crime. Sorry for the rant but I'm just disgusted not one family member there for Codi,that little deserved love and affection. Just my two cents

This is Cory's seventh attempt to get approved for bond.

Not gonna happen bub.

ETA, I find it interesting that his defense is arguing he is not competent (crazy card) and yet also simultaneously arguing he should receive bond. So basically her stance is that her client is exhibiting incompetent behavior that I would think makes him unreliable as a bond candidate. mentally unfit people are known to exhibit unpredictable behaviors, are they not.

Make it make sense lady?

Unreal I thought I saw wrong this morning but wtf really ya murder a child won't say nothing except he's mentally ill. So they let out a mentally ill accused murderer for 80,000. What about the other charges that he was denied bond for doesn't that count .

Yep. He’s crazy and doesn’t know what he’s doing. His baby is missing (most likely dead). He’s lied the entire time. But we should let him out on bail!! I’ve watched this circus since it first started. This man pisses me off like no other. Add to that his family and that damn ‘local org’ that was posting the supportive crap for him. I’d just like to rip my hair out at this point.
