2006 Homicide Suspect Terrell Combs ​

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - After nearly four years, Newport News police have charged a man with the shooting death of a 16-year-old.

Police have charged Terrell Combs in connection with the deadly shooting.

Investigators say Combs shot and killed 16-year-old Deon Boswell on Rochester Court back on June 4, 2006.

Combs is already behind bars serving and 82-year prison sentence in connection with another Hampton murder.
