The profile of this woman not is in Doe Network database and I looked also the number Namus in search section of this forum before post this thread this is the only thread on this case!

Janice Moats doesn't seem to have been ruled out yet but she fits most of the stats-no idea how she would have gotten to VA, though.

She had a year to travel, and the victim was hitching rides, so I don't think that's a problem at all.

With so many rule outs, I wonder why Sherry Lynn Quinn wouldn't have been ruled out? The age is off but only by 3 years. Height and weight are close. The route from Jessup, MD to Hanover, VA passes through Woodbridge, VA on I-95.
