Lynchburg mother arrested after infant’s death
23-year-old Endia Walker is now charged with the following:
Three counts of felony child neglect under Virginia code 40.1–103.
One count of felony child neglect resulting in serious injury under Virginia code 18.2–371.1.

"[The baby] had several open sores to the extent, portions of his skin was peeling away," search warrants said.

"Endia admitted she would leave [the baby] and other children unattended for extensive periods of time without anyone supervising the children," the warrants read.
