Identified! VA - Fairfax, AsianMale, 30-45, hit by car, Nov'15 - Thien Quang Cao

Detectives believe the man could be 30 to 45 years old. He is between 5 feet 5 inches tall and 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 150 to 170 pounds. He has short, black hair and brown eyes. The man also has numerous tattoos on his body. His tattoos seem to indicate he has family members with the names Thien, Lam, Tai, Quy and Sary. Detectives are hoping someone will recognize these tattoos and be able to identify this man. He may possibly go by the name Truc.

It looks to me like it says his father is named C. A. Mung and he died April 27, 1990.

Looks like NJ Mui to me, but I couldn't find anything with those initials. If I'm interpreting the language that keeps coming up when I'm searching any of these names correctly, I think this guy is of Vietnamese decent.

Quy is one of the names on his arm, just under the heart.

Yeah, I'm wondering if I can find anyone else that went to school there by any of the names on his arm. I don't think it's Lam Cao, because his mother was interviewed for the article. But I think if we can find any of the people who are on his arm, they may know who this is.

The names all seem to be pretty common in the Vietnamese community, so it could also be coincidence.

I found an N. T. Mui who seems to be an agricultural engineer, but the person seems to still be alive. If we're right about death dates, it can't be them.
