BREAKING UPDATE ON HANNAH GRAHAM: Police just told me Hannah was seen on a Shell gas station video shortly after seen passing McGrady's Pub. Police say on the video she was running. Police say no one was behind her. Police say an eye witness saw Hannah around 1 a.m. Saturday walking into the downtown mall. At all times she was alone. Police tell me they will give me the surveillance videos later this afternoon. They will also be holding a press conference at 4 p.m. today.

In...ter...resting. It sounds like she was going meet someone. Whoever she was on the phone with. Perhaps saw them, and they didn't see her, so she ran to them to flag them down. Hmmm

Parker wasn't specific in the post/update. But presser at 4pm. Perhaps more details will be provided.

Well, wait. They're saying the text of "I'm lost at 14th and wertland" isn't correct... how would they know?

Apparenly they've found some information that they aren't releasing to the public at this time. Maybe have her on video at some other location, or the pings don't match, or they can't find her on videos that should show her.

This reminds me of the case of the soon-to-be college student (black female) in Virginia (I *think*) who was driving a car late at night with her boyfriend? She struck a curb in the road and was so screwed up from some kind of substance or the wreck that she got out of the car (it was a bad wreck), started walking, and was found about a mile or two, in a corner of a cemetery, completely naked and dead. She died of hypothermia I think.

Anyway, my point is, could be possible she suffered some kind of physical thing that led her to be disoriented and some kind of additional external influence led to her demise.

She is an athlete, is it possible she decided to go for a run? Maybe to clear her head? Was she running like an athlete in the video or like someone fleeing.

I thought in the one pic from where she lived she looked like she was jogging in the hallway. This is starting to remind me of the Lynchburg case where the girl was high and wandered through the woods and died. Jamisha Gilbert, I think.

And not to throw this out there, but I am anyway...with her dad being who he is, being a UK citizen, and several VA students outspoken as supporting a certain radical terrorist group that actively recruits young students....she could very well have been going meet someone.[modsnip] . Back in my college days, when drunk, I was known to run places just to get there quicker, though it was typically at the end of the night on the way home, which doesn't sound like the case in this instance.

Looks like it's right on Preston Ave, on the route from McGrady's to the Downtown Mall. It has an ATM.

Apparently there's a movie theater at the Downtown Mall. I wonder if it's something as simple as she decided to go see a movie since she was too drunk to sleep. I've done that.

So here's Morgan Harrington's suspect (minus hair and a tweak to his beard) along with a violent sex offender and drug dealer who is the only sex offender that lives around the corner where Hannah Graham was last seen. He fits the height and weight as well, and his MO is the same as the woman assaulted in 2005 they linked to Morgan's case. So seeing as how he was possibly spotted not long after Hannah's disappearance, the possibility is the same perp (along with these other facts) make me raise my eyebrow quite inquisitively.

Yes, this is Jamisha Gilbert. She had just dropped her bf off and wrecked. They had photos of her running, half naked, and noone was following her.

Seriously, weed? While marijuana use can exacerbate already present mental illnesses, it doesn't cause a previously healthy and sane young woman to suffer from a psychotic break and hallucinate. Meth, maybe. Or the date rape drug GHB, which can even be manufactured at home, making it accessible to anyone. Also, she is a member of the ski team, and college athletes participate in mandatory drug screenings. I seriously doubt she was using marijuana, considering how long it stays in your system.

That Shell station (assuming it is the one I'm thinking of) isn't anywhere near UVA Grounds and is about a half mile from McGrady's Irish pub. I'm sure her friends wouldn't have walked that far, possibly they drove to get her. It didn't say which direction she was running. Perhaps she was trying to catch up to a cab or a bus. So strange.

What makes me sad is the fact that she left a party at midnight on Saturday yet no one reported her missing until Sunday afternoon? Did NO ONE think to check on her before then? Did she live alone? Did anyone send her a tweet or Facebook post asking if she was OK?
What about the friend she left at the party? Or did they have to wait that long before they reported her missing?
