A little off topic but how did LE obtain a sketch in Morgan's case? Was it from surveillance videos or did someone see them together?

I believe the sketch is from an early assault in Fairfax County in 2005 where the woman got away and they matched the DNA to the MH case.

No, there were not events at the Pavillion. But there were A LOT of people in the area . . . . . regular foot-traffic, PLUS, there was the 25th High School Reunion for Albemarle High School (a large school in the area) that night. Many of the people from the reunion were in the area around that time of night. Unfortunately, many of them live out-of-town and just came in for the weekend. With the event over, they are back in their respective areas, and may not be aware of what is going on here.

Wouldn't be hard for someone to email the class.

*mods- this is a reporter/news fb

After watching this video numerous times, the white guy seems to be standing between the pillars looking at his phone. Then, along comes Hannah and he starts to follow her. Upon watching this, she does not look very intoxicated. (jmo) Why would this guy just be standing there, especially at that time, all alone? To me, it was like he was waiting for his prey. Of course, I could be wrong, but, this guy creeps me out!

I think he waves at the 2 women like hello they dont now him they laugh and say hi back... But look at his location of stopping an other guys location of stopping the timing. the other guy is already looking forward.. why stop right there. . His head is slightly tilted. This is team work

Yes! That is what I am seeing also. If you view the Youtube video in full screen and stop it when Dred comes into the picture. The white shorts and shoes are very noticeable. They also stick out like a sore thumb when he circles back and follows behind the group of young men. CWG appears to be checking his phone in the doorway when Hannah walks by, followed by young men and Dred. Then if you watch the other video on Parker Slaybaugh's FB page posted 12 hrs ago, of her passing by a store, look for the white shoes and shorts. (Hannah is camera side and Dred is building side). Stop the video as she is full view in the doorway and take a look. Not way that is Hannah's reflection! CWD follows behind. Dred appears to be a heavyset AA man (to me) and his shirt is light in color like grey or beige. His Dreads are in a ponytail like some football players wear theirs. I would not be surprised if it is a weave. (A football player had some of his weave pulled out on the field when he was tackled in a game a year or so ago LOL!)

If he is responsible for disappearing Hannah, I hope she pulled some of that weave out fighting him. LE should put out a plea asking peeps to notice if some one has suddenly changed their hairstyle. Also, There are some details LE will not tell the public in order to protect a witness. (CWD) Dred would have had to pass CWD in order to catch up with Hannah so hopefully CWG got a good look at him and was able to give a description for a composite sketch. LE doesn't show us all their cards. Sometimes LE has to be vague or right out lie to protect the case.

I feel like there could be a connection to MH's murder. I don't have a link to the composite of the suspect in her case but IIRC he was a big man. Adding a weave would be a good way to throw people off for past crimes because once peeps see the composite, that image is who they are looking for. Hope this makes sense.

Great seeing you all! Here's a link to the youtube vid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=L8WV9wLBzdg&app=desktop

But HOW did dreads catch up to her? From where he turned with the group of guys, to Tuel Jewelers is not a long distance. How did he possibly catch up? I see the reflection that looks like him, I just can't figure out how he could get there without a Delorean.

I don't see how it can possibly be the same guy.

I'm not familiar with the racial mix in that part of Charlottesville. I know in Boston there would be at least half a dozen guys in dreads or braids in a crowd that large, so having one guy going each direction would not be surprising.

The more I look at it the more I think whoever suggested panhandling is correct. All the body language fits that.

Yes, I don't see how reflections could change the color of the pants.

I think you can see a mirror (or something reflective) on the door, and in some frames I can see some things in it, but it is higher than her image appears, and she is most definitely walking next someone a little paunchy in rather light-colored clothing. It also looks like you can see a bit of dark hair. Maybe that's why there were some early reports that she was seen with a woman? Because people saw what looked like longish hair, and assumed it was a woman? Heck, maybe it is a woman, but I have thought all along that it looks an awful lot like the guy with the dreadlocks based on the clothing and build.

ETA: Now that I think about it, of course a jeweler has some mirrors, some probably at about head level. I think that's what I am picking up on. Again, the images of Hannah are not in the same place in the video image as the reflective surface I'm talking about.

I think she looks out of it and I dont necessarily mean alcohol. I have a feeling she may have been ruffied (?) and then followed.

Ive been roofied. There is no way she would've been able to walk all that way IMO.

Praying she's found safe.

Here's the Charlottesville Police Department statement, as quoted in the Daily Mail article:

A statement issued by the CPD said: ‘At 10:15 pm the unidentified white male in the videos came to the police department.
‘He told police that he was following Ms. Graham as she looked to be somewhat physically distressed and he wanted to make sure she got safely to wherever she was going.
‘Soon after he was following her, he said that a black male came up to her and put his arm around her, stopping her.
‘Ms. Graham and this black male started speaking and it appeared to the witness that the black male was either known to Ms. Graham or was trying to help her.
‘The witness then walked away and he said that Ms. Graham and the black male were still standing and talking when he left.
The black male is not shown in either of these videos.’

SBM Bolded- does this mean dreadlock guy we are talking about and seeing in the videos is not the black male police are talking about?

Thanks for backing me up carbuff! :blowkiss: This is how panhandlers work on the mall. Just walk up and down, approaching anyone and asking for change. FYI, this is the store that WG ducked into the alcove of. https://www.google.com/maps/place/S...615!2e1!3e10!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0xeed9f7fabf175413 or he may have just stepped to the side of it. But that is definitely where he stopped. Aprils Corner, which is pictured next door is now a restaurant/bar.

The white guy on the video concerns me the most, as others have stated here as well. When he is initially walking, you can see him turn back and look toward Hannah and the people behind her. Now either something caught his attention (like the group of boys hassling Hannah or something) or he was checking to see where she was in relation to him. When he dips into that cove, he seems to pull out his cellphone and look at it just as the other lone male walks by and then immediately puts it away once the lone male passes and Hannah walks by, he falls right in line behind her and in front of the group of boys. Now, if I'm a good citizen, and I am concerned about a stranger's well-being, I'm not sure I would follow her, but rather stop her and say something to her to make sure she is ok. If he was following her to ensure she did not get hassled by anyone and wanted to keep his distance before intervening if necessary, he could've caught up to her and walked with her before the group of boys caught up to her.

If CWG is telling truth, he should learn that popping out of a doorway and silently following a person is scary, not helpful. If he thought she was in distress he should have turned around to face her and asked if she was okay. If she was in distress, popping out and following her likely added to her distress. Not helpful, CWG!

Once, when I was young and someone followed me like that, I pretended to run into someone I knew to throw off the person I felt was following me. Not the smartest thing to do but I was in panic mode. Fortunately the person I was pretending with played along and didn't turn out to be just another creep.

I just want to point out the obvious. 'Black' is not the only descriptive word CWG would have used when speaking to police about the person who supposedly approached Hannah. We haven't been told what other features the man CWG speaks of had. Ie: Bald, short hair, or dreads. What type of clothing? How tall? Skinny or overweight? How dark was his skin?

We see a black man on video. That's only one physical characteristic. We don't yet know if he actually matches the physical description given by CWG.

I know that what some people are seeing in the grainy videos is enough to seal the deal for them. For me, it is not. Respectfully :seeya:

Seems to me he just pulled it out and looked at the screen to appear busy while waiting for Hannah to pass. Enough time didn't pass for a phone call, and probably not even for a substantial text.. it was a couple seconds. IMO, he pulls it out and looks at the screen as another male passes. Then while waiting for Hannah to pass, he continues holding the phone in front of him but is actually looking at her.

This this thisssss

The WG seems to be texting or calling someone just before she goes by, do you think they asked for his cell phone records?

Oh... I hope they asked for WG's cell phone records....:please:

In the YouTube video Hannah definitely glances back behind her on 45 seconds, and then picks her pace up a bit.
