So, this woman, found half way through January 2001, was killed somewhere between 1991 and 1996. (a decade/5 years, estimated year of death 1995) If she was 20 - 30 at the time, she would have been born between 1961 and 1976. There is room for stretching....

If she indeed was killed in 1995 she was born between 1965 and 1975. That's about all we know, besides she's a woman.
